Monthly Membership Program
Includes use of the full facility from free weights, cardio equipment, fitness workshops, showers and towel service. A certified trainer will show you how to use all the equipment and also assist you with a complete fitness program designed especially for your needs.
One-on-One Personal Training
Each client will work one-on-one with a certified personal trainer and will receive a complete nutritional and fitness evaluation so that their program will be geared specifically towards their individual goals. Your individual session is by appointment only, approximately 50-55 minutes in length with your designated trainer focusing on individuals fitness goals in the areas of: body composition analysis, fat loss and muscle gain, nutrition, nutritional supplementation, strength and condition training, specificity-of-sport training, and fitness maintenance.

N-Shape for Life Program
Each client will work with a certified coach that will help him or her maintain their workout program, motivate them and assist them with reaching their fitness goals. They will receive a complete fitness evaluation. The "N-Shape for Life" package is a supervised 3-month training program that allows up to a maximum of four individuals to work together during any one period. We recommend that clients come at least twice a week but a maximum of three times a week. Sessions are by appointment only, approximately 50-55 minutes in length.

Express Training
You think you don't have time to workout--Now you do! This 35-minute training session will easily fit into any hectic schedule. Each client will work one-on-one with a certified personal trainer and will receive a complete fitness evaluation so that their program will be geared specifically towards their individual goals. Your individual session is by appointment only, approximately 30-35 minutes in length. The trainer will work on the "meat and potatoes" part of the workout. It will be your responsibility to warm-up prior to your session and cool down on your own (that includes stretching on your own.

On-Line Personal Training
N-Shape's On-Line Personal Training Programs designed specifically for you. If working out with a personal trainer does not fit your budget or if you just don't have the time to get to the gym this program is perfect for you. 6-Week Weight & Lifestyle Management Program
Our nutrition and life style program focuses on providing both adults and teens with the proper tools and support for long-term weight loss and wellness. Through our 6-week personal consultations we address the following: Eating Habits and Behavior, Basic Nutrition (Why Diets Don't Work), How to Grocery Shop (Read labels), Exercise (What to eat before and after), Keeping a Journal, Setting Short and Long Term Goals. Our weight management specialists will assess your needs and work with you to develop an eating plan designed to help you reach your goals.

Corporate Package
Each program is customized for the company based on the health and fitness goals of the employees. Either on-site or at our facility we will provide your employees the opportunity to take advantage of some of the following: personal training session, health screenings, weight management program, stress management workshops, bone density testing, Shiatsu treatments, body composition assessment, blood pressure check, massages or team building retreats. If the company is purchasing the package or providing the opportunity for each employee to receive a package, we will work closely with the company to develop a program that works best.
